Hoplix is a print-on-demand and dropshipping platform run by HOPLIX SRL in Pozzuoli, which calls itself "La Piattaforma Italiana di Print On Demand" (the Italian print-on-demand platform). A seller designs a product or a whole store, a customer buys, and Hoplix prints and ships the order to that customer under the seller's brand. Its catalog runs from t-shirts, sweatshirts and caps to mugs, cushions, canvas prints, phone covers, calendars and car sunshades. The homepage pitch is short: "Tu crea e promuovi. Alla produzione e alla spedizione ci pensiamo noi" (you create and promote, we take care of production and shipping). It is aimed at e-commerce owners, Amazon sellers, creatives, influencers, businesses and nonprofits, and the site runs in Italian, English, German, French and Spanish.
What a seller gets
Signing up is free. The homepage lists "Nessun costo di registrazione o canoni mensili" (no registration cost or monthly fees) and "Nessun minimo d'ordine" (no minimum order), and explains the model as adding as many products as you like to your store and paying only when you sell, or ordering the goods for yourself. Hoplix handles "stampa, imballaggio e spedizione" (printing, packing and shipping), so the seller holds no stock and does not ship anything.
There are several ways to get an order to Hoplix:
- Campaign or store. Create one or more products with your design and sell them from a single sales page or a free custom store. The homepage describes the store as "in white label", and the store can run in 10 languages ("Disponibile in 10 lingue diverse").
- Marketplace and shop apps. The integrations menu lists a Shopify App, a TikTok App marked "NEW", an Amazon App, a WooCommerce App and an Etsy App, plus Teeinblu.
- Order Desk. Through Hoplix Order Desk, the homepage says, sellers can sell their print-on-demand products on eBay, Etsy, Magento, Prestashop and Amazon "ed oltre 200 piattaforme" (and over 200 platforms).
- API. Hoplix offers an API to automate printing and shipping from any e-commerce site.
- CSV or XLS import. Large batches of orders and campaigns can be imported from a spreadsheet file.
- Manual orders. A seller can compose an order by product, size and quantity and send it straight to any address, which is the dropshipping route.
Beyond fulfillment, the services menu lists an All Inclusive package, Amazon FBA, a Business Pack, a Designer Service, a Migration Service, a Mockup Generator, embroidery (Ricamo), large-quantity orders, storage and logistics and a "Utente Plus" tier. The pages name these services without describing their terms.
The catalog and starting prices
Hoplix publishes starting prices on its homepage, in euros, each as "A partire da" (starting from):
- Unisex t-shirt from €7.90, women's t-shirt from €7.90
- Sweatshirt ("Felpa") from €17.90
- Baseball caps from €7.00
- Poster from €5.00, canvas from €11.90
- Mug ("Tazza") from €5.50, stein ("Boccale") from €9.50
- Water bottle ("Borraccia") from €9.00
- Cushion from €8.90, backpack from €5.90, bag from €7.00
The wider catalog is organized into apparel (t-shirts, sweatshirts, shorts, polos, bibs, aprons, baby bodysuits, socks, neck warmers), home goods (mugs, throws, doormats, placemats, bottles, keyrings, cushions, pillowcases, blankets, magnets, beach towels), wall decor (canvas and posters), fashion accessories (bags, pins, caps, drawstring sacks), jewelry pendants, mouse pads, phone covers, car sunshades, face masks, and stationery (calendars and planners). The product filters also include stickers, hemp ("Canapa"), "Eco Friendly", "Made In Italy", "Best Seller" and "Novità" (new). The homepage says the platform offers "Prodotti unici disponibili per la prima volta disponibili su una piattaforma Pod" (unique products available for the first time on a POD platform).
Designing and pricing a product
Product creation happens in a browser editor. It has tabs for product, images, text, an AI generator marked "NEW", shapes, layers, templates and cliparts, with more than 878 fonts and tools for masking, cropping, filters, background removal, curved text and QR codes. The upload guidance asks for PNG or JPEG files of at least 150 DPI and no larger than 10MB. The AI generator needs a login and offers logo, illustration, pattern and mascot styles.
The pricing panel is the part margin-minded sellers will care about. For each product it shows the base price with VAT and without VAT, the profit per unit and the sale price, and it lets the seller switch the display between Swiss francs, Czech koruna, Danish, Norwegian and Swedish krone, euros, pounds, Hungarian forint, Polish zloty and US dollars. A tooltip notes that if buyers live in a country that does not use the chosen currency, the euro is used as the default. A seller can also set an indicative sales target, which the page says is only a goal, since "each product will be produced as soon as it is sold."
Three advanced options change how a product behaves. "Private Product" keeps a campaign private. "Standby Product" puts the orders received for that campaign on standby. "Oneshot Product" deletes the product after 90 days, which suits limited drops. The editor notes that a newly created product is not automatically attached to any store or integration; the seller publishes it manually from product management or from the store or integration settings.
Where it prints and ships
Hoplix says it prints and ships "direttamente al tuo cliente ovunque nel mondo con il tuo marchio" (directly to your customer anywhere in the world with your brand), from "uno dei nostri centri di produzione" (one of our production centers). Its production providers page explains that it works with "una selezione di rinomati fornitori di servizi di stampa on demand" (a selection of renowned print-on-demand service providers) and names two: WeLoco, described as a team with "over ten years of experience in printing and manufacturing custom clothing", and JewelPIX. Both are marked "Fulfilled in Italia". The page also invites other printers to become production providers, so Hoplix works as a platform that routes orders to partner facilities.
On speed, the homepage says "La stampa inizia il giorno successivo al completamento dell'Ordine" (printing starts the day after the order is completed), and shipments are tracked, under the line "Niente più ordini Persi!" (no more lost orders). The default product description the editor fills in tells buyers the product arrives "in 5-7 business days". On reach, the homepage says Hoplix ships sold products "in oltre 40 paesi nel mondo" (to over 40 countries), while the nonprofit page says "oltre 50 paesi". The site publishes no per-country shipping rates on these pages.
Payment for buyers is broad: the homepage says "Accettiamo tutte le carte di Credito" (we accept all credit cards) and adds prepaid cards, PayPal and bank transfer.
Nonprofit merchandise
Hoplix runs a dedicated "Merchandising No Profit" program. Its page promises that nonprofits can "raccogli fondi per la tua causa" (raise funds for your cause) with merchandise made "senza investimenti iniziali, magazzino o logistica" (without upfront investment, warehouse or logistics). The offer includes a free store with a custom domain, shipping handled by Hoplix, dedicated support for nonprofits, configurable margins so the organization decides how much goes to the cause, and a range described as "T-shirt, shopper, tazze, cappellini e gadget eco-friendly". It suggests themed campaigns through the year ("Natale, 8x1000, eventi speciali", Christmas, the 8x1000 drive and special events) and QR codes on brochures that link printed materials to the online store. The program is pitched at associations, foundations, charity events and local groups.
The wider site uses the same use-case approach, with pages for merchandise for influencers, sports teams, museums, artists, singers, schools, political parties, startups, esports, cultural events and film and TV.
Scale and reputation
The homepage says "Oltre 50.000 seller ci hanno già scelto" (over 50,000 sellers have already chosen us), and its counters show 15,088 stores ("Negozi Vincenti"). Seller testimonials on the same page call Hoplix "un fornitore solido e di grande affidabilità" (a solid and very reliable supplier) and praise quick problem-solving and "servizio clienti preciso e puntuale" (precise and punctual customer service). The site also says "La nostra piattaforma è una scelta ecologica, sostenibile e solidale" (our platform is an ecological, sustainable and supportive choice). Support runs through FAQs, tutorials, a server status page, a contact page and the Print on Demand University.
Who it suits
Hoplix fits sellers who want to see their unit economics before they list: the published starting prices and the per-product panel with base cost, VAT and profit make margins easy to model. It suits Amazon and marketplace sellers, since it combines native apps with Order Desk and a CSV route, and it suits creators who want a free white-label store in several languages. Nonprofits get a purpose-built program with a store, custom domain and dedicated support.
The main caveat is that much of the site is in Italian, and the named production partners are both in Italy, so sellers shipping to distant markets should check delivery times and costs in the dashboard before committing.
