IChiba is a dropshipping and print-on-demand platform with its head office in Koto-ku, Tokyo, and team addresses in Garland, Texas and City of Industry, California. It combines two businesses in one account: a marketplace where sellers source products from Japanese and Vietnamese suppliers, and a print-on-demand service that prints a seller's designs at workshops in the US, Japan and Vietnam and ships each order to the buyer. Its homepage describes itself as "A one-stop marketplace for dropshipping/POD sellers to seek high-quality products from Japan and Vietnam," with a built-in SaaS platform to manage orders and fulfillment. The pitch is aimed at marketplace sellers on TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, Walmart and eBay who want to add products without holding stock.
What a POD seller gets
The print-on-demand page sums up the offer as "No MOQ, no subscription fee - Start with 1 order." A seller can "Launch 100+ SKUs instantly" across apparel, mugs, posters, phone cases and decor. The catalog on that page is filtered into apparel, drinkware, accessories, home decor, seasonal and trending items, and traditional goods, so the range reaches beyond blanks into Japanese pieces. The traditional goods example shown is a "Japanese Lucky Cat Yakushigama Seven Gods Fukusuke size 17cm" at $28.04.
IChiba describes its POD workflow in five steps:
- Design products. "Upload artwork or choose templates; auto-generate mockups for all variants." The homepage adds that its POD products come "with mockups included" and built-in mockup tools.
- List products. "Publish to TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, Walmart, eBay in 1 click." The smart tools section also mentions channel-based pricing, so a seller can price the same product differently per marketplace.
- Auto-routing orders. "System sends orders to nearest hub (US, JP, VN) for fastest delivery & lowest cost."
- Fulfillment and branding. "Quality check, custom packaging, insert cards, secure packing."
- Delivery and tracking. Domestic and global shipping, with tracking synced back to the seller's store.
Quality is framed around verified materials, strict QC and "Consistent product quality across US, JP, VN workshops." The company adds that local fulfillment helps "Reduce logistics costs & return rates."
US fulfillment
The POD page has a dedicated section for US buyers: "Local fulfillment for US buyers - DDP options - Real-time tracking." Production takes place "at verified US workshops (apparel, drinkware, décor)" with a "Flexible cut-off aligned to US time zones." The page's "Global Fulfillment Network" section quotes "1-4 day production, 2-5 day domestic shipping." US shipping is zone-based, on lanes the company says are optimized for speed and cost, and routing "Auto-selects the nearest US hub for each order" to lower shipping fees and handling time.
Packaging is set up for brand sellers and marketplace compliance: "White-label (no logo), branded insert cards, compliant labels/barcodes," with protective options for fragile items such as mugs, posters and decor. Tracking and order management run through what IChiba calls a unified OMS: "Real-time tracking auto-synced to Shopify/Amazon/Etsy/TikTok Shop" and "live inventory, oversell protection, order timeline." For a seller running the same design on three or four marketplaces, the oversell protection and one order timeline are the practical gain.
Pricing and plans
IChiba publishes three plans on its POD page under the heading "Transparent, Seller-Friendly Pricing - No Hidden Fees":
- Starter, $0 a month, free: pay-as-you-go with no MOQ, pitched as "Try POD with zero risk."
- Growth, $29 a month with "−5% fees", for 50–500 orders a month, with priority support and a volume discount.
- Scale, custom price for 500+ orders a month, with a dedicated manager and a custom SLA.
The "Scale with Confidence" section repeats the idea: "Volume discounts - Bigger scale, better rates," plus "Dedicated seller support & growth consultation." Per-product base costs are not printed on the POD page itself; the resource hub points to a "Product Catalog - Full list with base costs & specs." New sign-ups are offered help setting up a workspace, and the sign-up form promises to "help you list your first 3 products."
The sourcing marketplace
The other half of IChiba is dropshipping from Japan and Vietnam. The homepage advertises "1M+ products from trusted Japanese and Vietnamese suppliers," with product sources grouped into traditional goods, fashion, electronics, homeware, decoration, souvenirs, beauty and cosmetics, handicrafts and trending items. It argues that "Unique products from Japan & Vietnam help you stand out in crowded global marketplaces." Omnichannel order management covers dropshipped and POD orders alike, so a seller can mix sourced Japanese goods with printed products in the same order flow. Suppliers can join through a "Become a supplier" program.
Scale and infrastructure
The homepage gives these figures: "1,000+ sellers & 10+ suppliers growing on IChiba," "2M+ total orders completed," and a reach of "75.000+ end users from the US." It lists "6+ warehouse locations across the US, Japan, and Vietnam" and "Over 5 years of logistics expertise," adding that the logistics team "has supported thousands of international shipments." On security, it describes multi-layer security, 24/7 monitoring, encrypted connections and distributed backup. The footer says the site is "Powered by ezbuy.jp."
Support and resources
Support runs through a help center, a contact form and, on the Growth and Scale plans, priority support or a dedicated manager. The resource hub offers a POD and dropshipping guide, the product catalog, a help center with tutorials and integration guides, and case studies from IChiba sellers. The homepage adds ebooks and whitepapers, webinars and video tutorials, a trending catalog "updated monthly for holidays and key shopping moments," and a seller community where sellers share experiences. The POD page's FAQ covers the subscription and MOQ question, which stores can be connected, how fast fulfillment is, and how orders and payouts are handled.
Who it suits
IChiba fits marketplace sellers who work across several channels at once, particularly TikTok Shop, Amazon, Walmart and eBay alongside Shopify and Etsy, and who want listing, routing and tracking handled from one dashboard. The free Starter plan and the no-MOQ rule make it a low-risk place to test designs, and the Growth plan's published price makes the step up easy to model. Sellers serving US buyers get local workshops, DDP options and a US-time-zone cut-off. It also suits sellers who want something different from standard POD blanks, since the Japanese and Vietnamese sourcing marketplace and the traditional goods category sit in the same account.
The catalog of 100+ POD products is focused rather than sprawling, so a seller who needs a very wide range of niche blanks should check the full product catalog before moving an entire store over.
