JetPrint is a print-on-demand and dropshipping company that, in its own words, "is a print-on-demand company based in China." It prints, embroiders and manufactures products in a factory it runs itself, then packs and ships each order to the seller's customer under the seller's brand. The catalog of 650+ products gives particular weight to printed shoes, custom watches and embroidery, alongside clothing, bags, hats, drinkware, jewelry, sporting goods and home decor. The fast facts on its about page list a 2017 launch, 81k+ merchants, 4.5k+ items produced daily, 8M+ invested in printing, 706 products and 137 employees. It connects to Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce and Wix, and ships to 156 countries.

What a seller gets

The homepage headline sums it up: "Design it. Sell it. We handle the rest." A seller uploads artwork to a blank product in the JetPrint app, publishes it to a connected store, and JetPrint handles production, packing and worldwide shipping once a customer orders. The FAQ spells out the cost: "Starting is free: no monthly fee, no minimum order and no upfront inventory. You pay the product price plus shipping only once a customer orders." The products page adds that JetPrint "runs a zero minimum order quantity policy on every product in the catalog."

Integrations cover Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce and Wix, with Customily and Teeinblue listed as well for personalization. Orders sync into production automatically, and "a tracking number syncs back to your store once a package leaves the warehouse." Products can be pushed to a store in one click or listed straight from the JetPrint dashboard. The Personalized POD service lets buyers on a Shopify store add their own messages or names to a product.

Design needs no outside software. The app "generates a photorealistic mockup on each product automatically," and a live preview shows the design on the actual product while you work. There is also an AI print-on-demand tool: "Generate a design, drop it on a product, and JetPrint fulfills the order under your brand."

JetPrint says setup costs are folded into the price: "Embroidery digitizing, print setup and design fees are built into the product price. You never pay extra to list a new design." Each product page lists sizes, materials and per-item cost, so margins can be checked before listing.

Its own factory

The factory is the core of JetPrint's pitch. The print-on-demand page says "Every item in this catalog comes from JetPrint's own factory, not a marketplace of third-party suppliers," and the products page adds that the factory "JetPrint has run since 2017" turns out 4,500+ items a day. The company argues this keeps quality consistent and allows things like "embroidery stitched directly onto a shoe upper before it is assembled." For production time, the FAQ says "Most print on demand products ship in 3-7 business days from our factory," with delivery time after that depending on the destination. Finished orders are "blind-shipped under your own brand" through what the site calls a trusted carrier network.

The catalog

The catalog page breaks the range into eight headline categories:

  • Shoes: canvas and leather sneakers, high tops, boots and slides, "printed edge to edge on the upper."
  • Clothing: hoodies, tees, polos and joggers in dozens of blank colors.
  • Embroidery: stitched caps, apparel and bags "with no digitizing fee and no minimum order."
  • Bags: canvas totes and pouches.
  • Watches: automatic and quartz builds with a custom dial face and strap.
  • Gifts: monogrammed ornaments, blankets and keepsakes.
  • Hats: structured and unstructured caps, printed or embroidered.
  • Home and living: pillows, blankets and wall art.

Watch prices are published on the watches page. The Steel Strap Quartz Movement Watch is $18.00, the Unisex Quartz Watch $20.00, the Stainless Steel Band Quartz Watch, Black Indicators Quartz Watch and Thin Leather Strap Quartz Watch $21.50 each, the Silver Classic Quartz Watch $21.60, the Stainless Steel Quartz Watch $23.00, the Italian Olive Lumber Wooden Watch $25.00, and the 46mm Unisex Automatic Watch in silver $39.50. New categories are added regularly, and sellers can request items through live chat or email; the company says wood ornaments started as a seller request.

Three ways to sell shoes

Shoes get their own tiered program, laid out in a comparison on the custom shoes page:

  • Print on demand shoes: customize one of 70+ existing styles, with no minimum, a sample at base cost, and "7-15 days order to delivery."
  • Custom shoes with logo: an existing style plus your logo, from 1 pair printed or 50 pairs embroidered, with "7-10 business days production."
  • Custom shoes service: a fully original shoe built from your own pattern, at "5,000 pairs Minimum order per design."

The custom shoes service is full manufacturing. JetPrint says it runs "10 Independent shoe production lines" and has spent "15 years Manufacturing shoes in our own factory." A seller emails 3D files or drawings, the factory builds a physical sample in 14-20 days, a 30% deposit starts a bulk run of about 25 days, and the remaining 70% is due before shipping, which typically adds 10-18 days. Logos can be printed on the upper, debossed into leather or embroidered on the tongue and heel, and branding can extend to the shoe box. JetPrint only accepts designs "not already sold on the market" for this service and quotes a price per style once the specification is confirmed.

Branding, returns and support

The homepage promises "premium branding, from custom packaging and labels to the product," and says finished orders are "packed under your branding." The footer links a return policy, a help center, tutorials and a contact page, and the catalog FAQ points sellers to live chat or email. JetPrint also runs an affiliate program, through a link or coupon code, with "a 5% commission." On sustainability, the about page makes the general print-on-demand argument that producing only after an order means less overstock and less waste.

Customer reviews quoted on the homepage praise the design lab and quick replies, and one reviewer wished for "a bigger catalog with more accessories."

Who it suits

JetPrint suits sellers who want footwear, watches or embroidery in their store without buying stock, and who like to see per-item prices before they design. The shoe program scales from one printed pair to a fully original 5,000-pair run in the same factory, which suits a brand that starts by testing designs and later wants its own silhouette. Built-in digitizing and setup fees make embroidery easy to test. Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce and Wix sellers can connect directly.

The trade-off is geography: everything is produced in one factory in China, so delivery time depends on the buyer's country, and sellers promising fast domestic delivery should factor that into their shipping promises.
