M.i.A, also written M.i.A Merchandise, is a white-label print-on-demand fulfillment company that describes itself as "Your Print On Demand Merchandise Partners, USA & UK", with separate pages for the UK and Australia. It prints apparel, drinkware, home goods, wall art, tech accessories, pet products, games and seasonal gifts on demand and ships them to the seller's customers under the seller's brand. The homepage names its core clients as music labels, professional sports teams and "other major brands" running fan merch and e-commerce stores, but its UK and Australia pages also address up-and-coming artists and growing online shops.

How the service works

The homepage breaks fulfillment into three steps. "You sell": orders are "automatically completed from your platform through a method of integration that you can choose". "We fulfill": "Order fulfilment within 72 hours", using "conveniently located fulfilment centers". "We ship": products go directly to the seller's customers. The UK page repeats the 72-hour promise with "strategically located fulfillment centers throughout the UK", and the Australia page says the company has "fulfillment centers located throughout Australia" and ships "nationwide, covering all states and territories".

The order flow runs through the M.i.A app. The UK FAQ says "Our Shopify app is open to anyone in the UK", and both regional FAQs describe the same routine: integrate the app with your online store, customize products inside the app, list them on your website, and orders are then forwarded to M.i.A "for printing, production, and white-label shipping", with tracking information sent directly to the customer. The homepage adds a general "We integrate with your pre existing stores" and a separate Integrations page in the menu, without naming other platforms.

The company takes on more than printing. The homepage says M.i.A has "an in-house design team who work with you create regular new mockups for your dream store and an operations teams that ensures your products are delivered on time". The regional FAQs call these "complimentary artwork services" (UK) and "free artwork services" (Australia). For a seller without a designer, that is a practical extra.

Store types and personalization

M.i.A sells its service through four store formats. Company Stores handle swag orders and employee incentive programs. E-Commerce Stores plug into an existing shop and offer, in the homepage's words, "300+ custom print on demand products". Personalization Stores let end buyers personalize products, which the homepage flags as new. Fan Merchandise Stores are built for bands, teams and creators who want unlimited designs with no stock. The Industries menu lists Music & Entertainment, Sports Teams, Universities & Colleges (Spirit Stores), Franchises, Promo Agencies and Enterprise Clients, and a For Distributors page sits next to them.

The catalog

Product counts differ by page: the homepage mentions 300+ products for e-commerce stores, while the UK and Australia pages speak of "over 150+ products" in their regional catalogs. The menu splits the range into US and UK categories.

The regional FAQs invite sellers to ask for products that are not yet listed.

Pricing and payment

M.i.A charges per order, with no subscription. The homepage states "No inventory needed, no MOQs and no risk", and the UK FAQ says you are "only charged for what you sell, eliminating the need for upfront investment, monthly fees, or inventory management". Payment runs after the sale: the customer buys in the seller's store, then M.i.A sends the seller an invoice for fulfilling the order.

The US store shows a few prices. In the bestseller row, the White 11oz Mug is listed at $5.33 and the Travel Mug at $13.09, while several other bestsellers show $0.00, so the public store is not a complete price list. The footer links to a Bulk Pricing page, and the Australia FAQ says the service covers anything from "a single item or a bulk order".

Samples, branding and returns

Shipments are white-label. The UK FAQ answers the packaging question with "Our shipments are white-label, ensuring your brand remains front and center."

M.i.A recommends ordering samples before selling. Both regional FAQs give the code GetStarted20 for a discount on the first sample order, requested by email.

The replacement policy is stated plainly. The UK FAQ says "Any manufacturing faults result in a no-cost replacement", while "User errors such as incorrect size or design choices are generally not covered". Returned products go to an address the seller provides, and faulty items "will be replaced upon request with photo evidence".

On timing beyond the 72-hour fulfillment promise, the FAQs say that fulfillment times depend on the product and delivery location and refer sellers to a fulfillment guide.

Who M.i.A suits

M.i.A fits brands and creators who want a hands-off merch store with design help included: bands and labels, sports teams, university spirit stores, franchises and companies running employee swag. The free artwork service and mockup support set it apart for sellers who have a logo but no designer. Shopify merchants can connect through the M.i.A app, and sellers whose buyers are in the US, UK or Australia get local fulfillment with a stated 72-hour window.

The main caveat is price visibility. Many products in the public store show no price, so margins have to be worked out through an account, a demo or the bulk pricing page. The site also names only Shopify as an integration by name, so sellers on other platforms should check the Integrations page before building around it.
