merchOne is a print-on-demand platform built around wall art and home decor, with apparel, mugs, textiles and pet products alongside. Its homepage says it manufactures "more than 500,000 premium products" daily for commercial and private customers, and its header banner promises "Local Production Sites in the USA & EU" with "No customs fees and delays". The company is aimed at online sellers who want a production partner behind their own storefront: Shopify stores, sellers on the big marketplaces, personalized gift brands and developers wiring a custom shop to a fulfillment API.

Who runs it and where it prints

The homepage states that merchOne is "part of the Customization Group", which it describes as a company originating from Germany with in-house production control and "four production sites in the EU and US". The company's blog names them: Columbus, Ohio for the US market, and facilities in Latvia, Poland and Germany for European orders. The homepage also claims "18+ years of experience in print on demand wall art", lists 2300+ SKUs in the portfolio, a production capacity of 2.5 million units per day and "5000+ happy Clients worldwide".

That in-house model is the core of the pitch. In the company's own Redbubble alternatives article, merchOne contrasts production handled within one organization, which "can reduce the number of operational hand-offs", with distributed partner networks, while conceding that neither structure suits every business. For a seller, the practical meaning is that one company prints, packs and ships the order in the region the customer sits in.

What a seller gets

The catalog splits into three families on the site: Wall Decoration, Home Decor & Accessories, and Apparel, plus seasonal Christmas, Halloween and Back To School collections and a Pet Products section.

Wall art is the deepest part. The company's blog puts the Wall Decoration catalog at 24 products, and the product menu shows what that covers: Poster, Adhesive Poster, Framed poster, Passepartout, Canvas (2 cm), Canvas (4 cm), Framed Canvas, Canvas Wall Hanging, Framed Fabric Wall Art, Acrylic Print, Premium Acrylic Print, Acrylic Print on Metal, Metal Print, Metal Print (Gloss Finish), Wood Panel, Photo Board, Round Photo Print, Wall Tapestry and the MIXPIX tile format. One artwork can be offered as a poster at the low end and moved up into canvas, acrylic, metal or wood without changing supplier.

Home decor covers several mug styles (Classic, Premium, Enamel, Heart, Magic, Travel, an inner colored mug with colored handle, and a seasonal mug with a pre-printed inside), pillows and pillow covers, standard and premium blankets, bed linen, rugs, towels, puzzles, a mouse pad, a notebook, tote bags, keyrings, acrylic and wood blocks, ornaments and window blinds. The pet range lists a Dog Bowl, Dog Pillow, Paw Rug and Treat Jar. The blog says mug printing runs on sublimation.

Apparel is newer, with most items tagged "New": unisex t-shirts on Bella Canvas 3001, Gildan 5000, Comfort Colors 1717 and Stanley Stella Creator 2.0 blanks, hoodies and sweatshirts from Gildan, B&C, Lane Seven and Stanley & Stella, and a baby bib.

Orders reach merchOne through a handful of routes. The integrations menu lists the merchOne API, Shopify, Customily, Teeinblue and Order Desk. The integrations page describes each: Shopify sends orders "directly to merchOne for fulfillment", the REST API connects merchOne to "your store, platform, or custom system", Order Desk routes orders "from supported sales channels", and Customily and Teeinblue send "personalized Shopify orders with production-ready files attached". The company's blog adds that Etsy orders go through Order Desk, which it says also handles Amazon, eBay, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and TikTok Shop from the same account, and that the API has Sandbox and Live environments. A Wholesale entry in the menu points to a separate offer for larger orders.

Pricing and production times

merchOne charges per product rather than by subscription. Its Redbubble alternatives article says it "does not require a monthly subscription" for the standard POD model and that product cost depends on the SKU, size, market and shipping destination.

The site does publish starting prices. The product search shows Classic Canvas, 2 cm "From $5.34". The sublimation article lists the 4 cm canvas at a price from €10.92, and the company's best print-on-demand companies article gives Framed Canvas from €11.78, Framed Poster from €10.70 and Passepartout from €16.66. The homepage frames pricing as matching or beating "existing supplier pricing for mature sellers", with a "best price promise" for experienced sellers.

On timing, merchOne publishes a standard production SLA of 2 business days for qualifying unframed canvas and posters and 3 business days for other products. The blog stresses that these are production targets, not delivery dates. The Etsy comparison table in the same blog lists merchOne shipping at 3-7 days for the US and 3-5 days for the EU. The homepage also advertises cut-off dates extended by "+3 days" for peak seasons, which matters to personalized gift sellers pushing late Christmas orders.

Product detail and branding

The canvas specifications are unusually concrete. The 4 cm canvas uses a "fine-textured, bright white 285 g/m² canvas" made from 100% polyester with a matte coating. The blog describes framed canvas as hand-stretched over a pinewood frame with UV-resistant inks, framed posters in pinewood frames from FSC-certified forests in Latvia, and passepartout as a classic white mat cut at 45 degrees behind acrylic glass.

For branding, merchOne offers "free 10 × 10 mm logo printing on the back of all 4 cm canvas prints", and its blog states that fulfillment is white-label, with no merchOne branding on packaging or packing slips.

Support and sustainability claims

The homepage promises "a dedicated account manager, acting as an extension of your team". Customer quotes on the homepage back this up in their own words: one seller writes that "I had a personal contact who was able to help me with some questions", another that "Any questions will be answered within a day". SmilePoster says orders "are usually processed/shipped within one business day" and that it quotes its own customers "a total delivery time of 2-4 working days". Motivations Tafeln calls the "Shipping time and quality of the canvas and acrylic glass products" "simply top", and Love & Faith says entering "new markets, especially the US, was significantly smoother" with merchOne's support.

On sustainability, the homepage lists "Renewable energy sources at our production facilities", "Over 1 million kilograms of recycled plastic", and states that "97% of the wood used comes from FSC-certified forests". It also claims 30K trees planted yearly. These are the company's own statements. The site publishes no return or reprint policy in its main pages.

Who merchOne suits

merchOne fits sellers for whom wall art and home decor are the main business rather than a side line: canvas and poster shops, photo gift brands, and home decor stores that want many formats of one design from one supplier. Sellers with customers on both sides of the Atlantic get US production in Columbus and EU production in three countries from one account.

Shopify sellers doing personalization are well served through the Customily and Teeinblue connections, and developers can use the REST API directly. Etsy and Amazon sellers can connect, but only through Order Desk rather than a native app, which adds a tool to the setup.

Sellers whose catalog is mainly apparel have fewer options here: the clothing range is a short list of blanks, much of it recently added. For a wall art or gift business that wants published production times, stated starting prices and a named account contact, merchOne gives more concrete detail than most suppliers in this directory.
