PrintKK is a print-on-demand and dropshipping platform that makes custom products in its own factories in China and the USA and ships them worldwide for online sellers. Its FAQ describes it as "a global print-on-demand platform offering custom printing, fulfillment, and dropshipping solutions for online sellers and brands." The homepage advertises "100% Free to Use", "1300+ High-Quality Products" and "Global Dropshipping", and says it is "Trusted by 5000+ ecommerce founders" with a 4.7 rating. The company lists three offices: SYMON ECOM BASE INC in Pomona, California, an office in Hong Kong, and the Japanese company PrintKK株式会社, which runs the Japanese-language site printkk.jp.

What a seller gets

A catalog well beyond T-shirts

The product menu reaches well past apparel. Alongside fashion clothing for men, women, kids and babies, pet products, bags and accessories such as watches and hats, PrintKK sells:

  • Home and living: wall art, rugs and mats, pillow cases, wall clocks, bedroom and kitchen decor, drinkware.
  • Furniture: bedroom, living room, entry and game room pieces.
  • Lighting: desk, floor, wall, ceiling and shelf lighting.
  • Car accessories: seats and cushions, interior accessories, license plates and wheels, window shields.
  • Sports and games: outdoor sports, skateboards, board games and mahjong.
  • "Unique Products": acoustic panels, room dividers, a utility wagon, artificial trees, a trash can and even a toilet seat.

The custom-products menu names T-shirts, mugs, hoodies, rugs, canvas prints, skateboards, wallpaper, pajamas, wall decals, lamps, watches, Hawaiian shirts, dresses, desk mats and swimsuits, plus themed personalized gifts for holidays, weddings, babies and pets. The homepage says the company launches new "high-margin products" every month and runs dedicated collections for "Made in USA" and "Shipped in 48h" items.

The listed decoration methods are all-over print, DTG printing, digital direct printing, UV printing, DTF printing and sublimation.

Published base prices

PrintKK shows base prices on its public pages. The BigCommerce integration page lists a baby bib at $1.78, flat bill hats at $1.86, a wall tapestry at $6.43, a leather laptop case at $6.64, a business stainless steel watch at $5.40, a large baby blanket at $9.75, a 6-panel canvas wall art set at $11.07 and a 12-piece hanging room divider at $30.50. The Walmart page adds a small dish drying mat at $2.37, a pet treat pouch at $5.42, double-sided outdoor flags at $6.01, a youth hooded sweatshirt at $7.24, a women's clutch wallet at $9.75 and a square table lamp with USB port at "$14.88~16.13". New accounts get "$5 Cash Off Instantly" with "No Minimum Purchase Required".

How orders flow

The integration menu lists Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, Wix, Walmart, eBay, BigCommerce, Square, Amazon, TikTok Shop and Order Desk, plus the PrintKK API. The BigCommerce page sets out four steps: link the store, design products, "Orders are sent directly to PrintKK for fulfillment upon purchase", and "PrintKK handles production and shipping, leaving you to focus on growth." For Walmart, the seller first registers with Walmart Marketplace, then connects the PrintKK account and uploads designs. The Japanese Shopify page says orders are automatically forwarded to the nearest production center (注文は最寄りのセンターに自動転送されるため, meaning orders are automatically transferred to the nearest center).

The dashboard syncs and tracks orders from connected stores, and the platform includes design tools and an AI image generator. The site is available in English, Japanese, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Vietnamese and Turkish, and quotes prices in several currencies, including USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, CAD and AUD. There are also separate services for bulk orders, bulk shipping, an affiliate program and BrandSKU Dropshipping.

Production, shipping and policies

The FAQ gives the timeline plainly: "Typical production time is 2–7 business days, plus shipping time (depending on destination)", and together "the full delivery may take 5–15 business days." The homepage credits "Quick processing and shipping from our factories in China and the USA."

There is "no minimum order requirement, so you can order just one item if you wish." On branding, PrintKK "supports custom branding, including labels and branded boxes", and advertises access to "40+ branding" tools.

The refund policy is specific: "If items are defective, damaged, or misprinted, PrintKK offers refunds or replacements", provided the seller sends photographic proof and the order details. "Normal wear or use errors may not be covered. Please note that returns are not accepted."

Support is promised "24/7", with "Instant replies 99.9% of the time, and responses within 8 hours if offline", through a live chat or support@printkk.com. The US office lists business hours "From 9 AM to 5 PM (Pacific Time)". One homepage review singles this out: "A real person sends answer back if you email them with question, or if they find a problem with the order."

What sellers and the company say

Customer reviews on the integration pages focus on setup and print quality. One BigCommerce seller writes that "Integrating PrintKK with my BigCommerce store was a breeze", and a photographer says "print quality is everything. PrintKK delivers prints that are true to my original work". Another review praises the dashboard as "intuitive" and says it "makes it easy to track my sales and orders." The Japanese Shopify page describes the range as spanning more than 40 categories, including home decoration, toys and games, and handmade and DIY goods, and lists direct-to-garment, all-over and digital printing among its methods.

In its Japanese guide to T-shirt print-on-demand companies, PrintKK presents itself as built with beginners in mind, with an intuitive interface and store integrations, and says a good POD company sends timely holiday shipping updates so sellers can warn their customers about possible delays.

The homepage also claims that sellers who used PrintKK for a year grew their e-commerce revenue by an average of 376%, which it credits to its "unique, high-margin products, many made in the USA."

Who it suits

PrintKK fits a seller who wants to stand out with products beyond apparel and mugs: lamps, rugs, furniture, car accessories, mahjong sets or acoustic panels, many of them with base prices shown publicly that a seller can plan margins against. The Walmart, Amazon, TikTok Shop and Square connections suit sellers spread over several marketplaces, and the Japanese site and Japanese company give Japanese-speaking sellers a local entry point.

The main caveat is time. The FAQ's full delivery window runs up to 15 business days, so a seller promising quick delivery should lean on the "Made in USA" and "Shipped in 48h" collections, and should note that the refund policy covers defects only, with no returns.
