Printlet is a print-on-demand and fulfillment service for sellers in Egypt. It prints custom T-shirts, hoodies, bags, hats, phone cases and notebooks, then packs and ships them to the seller's customers and collects the cash on delivery. Its page titles address "Egyptian Sellers" and "Sellers in Egypt", its earnings calculator works in Egyptian pounds (EGP), and the site offers an Arabic version alongside English. The homepage frames the offer as "Your creativity, our logistics" and says the company is "Backed by 15 years in e-commerce, manufacturing and printing." Its customers, going by the reviews it publishes, range from individual designers and fashion labels to a pharmaceutical company's marketing team.

What a seller gets

Products and decoration

The product menu names six lines: custom T-shirts, hoodies, bags, hats, phone cases and notebooks. The homepage speaks more broadly of "hundreds of premium products ready for print on demand", and on decoration says "From embroidery to high-definition prints, our toolkit makes it easy." Products are chosen from the catalog, where a seller can "review its specs, then click customize."

Design tools

Design happens in the free Product Design Studio, where a seller can "upload artwork, add text or shapes, and experiment with unlimited colors and fonts." Designs are named and saved so they can be reused or edited. Two AI features sit on top of that. "AI Graphic Generation" lets a seller "Describe the artwork you want in plain language", iterate on previews, and save "print-ready graphics with transparent backgrounds straight into your media library". "AI Photoshoots" turns a design into "photorealistic lifestyle photos": the seller picks a print area and generates "a shot of a model wearing your product or using it in a scene", with "no photo shoot or studio required." For a small brand that needs product photos for its sales channels, that replaces a separate photo shoot.

How an order flows

The How It Works page sets out five steps "with zero upfront cost": choose a product, customize it, save and add to cart, check out, then "Sit back & monitor". At checkout the seller can "Ship to yourself or directly to your customer", choose packing, set a retail price and pay. After that, "Payouts land in your wallet so you can cash out or reinvest anytime", through what the site calls the Printlet Wallet.

The homepage promises a seller can "Get your store up and running within an hour." For sellers with their own store, the site lists Shopify and Vondera integrations, plus API integration with developer documentation. The homepage says "Whenever you got an order we handle printing, packaging, shipping and cash collection," so the seller can "run your brand without inventory and operational overheads." A single web app lets the seller "manage your designs, orders, returns and cash collections", and the dashboard shows "orders, cash collections, and delivery attempts".

Fulfillment and delivery

The Orders & Delivery page lays out the stages. Order processing covers "Checking your design quality", "Preparing product for printing", printing, "Quality screening" and packaging, and the page states "Order Processing within 1-2 working days". Delivery processing covers preparing the order for pickup, delivering "directly to you or your customer", delivery follow-up and delivery issues, with "Delivery Processing within 1-2 working days". The same page lists cash on delivery, delivery attempts, returned orders, canceled orders and extra weight as parts of the process it handles. The homepage adds that "Local fulfillment and smart logistics mean quicker delivery and happier customers."

Options beyond single orders

The How It Works page describes three paths for sellers who need more than print on demand:

  • Store and print on demand: "Keep your own inventory in our facility (free for a limited time) and trigger on-demand printing whenever you receive orders."
  • High volume: for sellers "Printing 1000+ items per month", existing stores "get discounted pricing, automation tools, and a free trial of premium features tailored to your volumes."
  • Branded merch and event kits: Printlet will "Bundle high-quality products and finishes for campaigns or corporate events" and help build a package.

The footer also links a Packaging page, showing packaging as part of the service.

Pricing

The pricing page describes "membership" plans for the web platform, and its page description names "Free, Silver & Gold seller plans"; the plan details load inside the platform. The earnings calculator on the homepage lets a seller pick T-shirts, phone cases, hats or bags, set a price per item and a monthly sales figure, and see projected profit, revenue and costs in EGP. It explains that "Base cost is set based on average pricing for the selected product category in your current country." With its default of 120 monthly sales, the calculator shows costs of EGP 33,000.

What sellers say

The homepage carries a wall of reviews from Egyptian brands. One founder writes "Without Printlet I wouldn't have started my brand," praising the "perfect product catalog, perfect quality, perfect timing, perfect customer support". An artist and brand owner cites "Consistent quality, consistent colors, and fast order fulfillment." A marketing director at a pharmaceutical company says she needs "high quality products in large quantities, delivered fast" and that Printlet consistently delivers all three. Another founder calls it "The only trusted print on demand platform in Egypt", mentioning "orders management, returns management" and "good prices", and one brand owner reports "More than 2,000 orders with Printlet so far." A graphic designer says he uses the service for his clients and singles out "the dashboard and account management", a tech company's marketing manager describes the team as "Incredibly flexible, responsive, and genuinely supportive" on a fifth order, and a fashion designer using it "since 2024" says she keeps finding "new interesting products and updates".

Who it suits

Printlet fits an Egyptian designer or brand owner who wants to sell merch without holding stock or running logistics: it prints locally, delivers, collects cash on delivery and pays out to a wallet. A Shopify or Vondera store connects directly, and the AI photo tool covers product imagery. Larger sellers get a storage option, volume pricing above 1000 items a month and event-kit bundling.

The named catalog centers on six product lines, and plan prices are shown only inside the platform, so a seller should open a free account and run the calculator for their own product mix before setting retail prices.
