Sup Dropshipping is a dropshipping and fulfillment agent that sources products from Chinese wholesale marketplaces, fulfills orders for online stores and runs a print-on-demand section alongside. Its About page calls it "your ultimate destination for hassle-free dropshipping solutions" and describes the platform as "a bridge between suppliers and online retailers". Its blog says the company is based in China and ships orders worldwide. Print on demand is one of four solutions in its menu, next to a winning product center, an order fulfillment center and brand building, so a seller who uses it for custom designs gets the same sourcing, warehouse and agent service that its dropshippers use. The home page says it is "Trusted by over 200K sellers around the world".
What a seller gets
The home page sums up the offer in three lines: "Free to use, No invest in stock", "Sourcing from 1M+ products" and "Global fast shipping". The About page gives the scale in its own figures: 320 M+ orders fulfilled, 100 K+ clients served and 25 K stores authorized.
Sourcing is the core of the service. Sup searches "40+ marketplaces in China", naming 1688, Chinagoods, Taobao, Tmall and JD, by image or by keyword, with results from 1M+ products and 100K+ global suppliers. A seller can import a product from an AliExpress or 1688.com URL with the information translated automatically, install the Sup Scraper Chrome extension to find cheaper sources for products seen elsewhere, or submit a request to the sourcing team, which the site says returns results within 36 hours. The winning product center recommends the top 10 products with the fastest growth in sales over the past two weeks, updated weekly. Wholesale buying is also offered, from one piece to a carton or a container.
Print on demand at Sup
The company's own blog posts describe the print-on-demand side. The post on starting a POD business on Shopify says Sup's POD section has close to 300 print-on-demand products in popular niches, that sellers and their customers can add designs with the free DROPCUSTOM Creator, and that free patterns are included. On price, it says the service is free to use and the seller pays only for the product and shipping. On shipping, it says Sup is based in China, ships worldwide, and lets the seller pick the carrier for each order. Sup also handles order processing and shipping for POD items, so the seller's job is to create designs and list the products.
A second blog post, a list of POD companies that puts Sup first, describes the editor as SUP Creator, a drag-and-drop tool meant to be usable without technical skills, with mockups, images and patterns refreshed every month and dozens of fonts, styles and colors. The same post says Sup has printing sites in the US, the UK, Europe and several Asian countries alongside its base in China. The POD service is free, and the post says the Pro and Premium plans add perks such as order processing priority and exclusive design patterns.
How an order flows
The order fulfillment center page says Sup has integrated with multiple platforms, so a seller connects a store and manages all orders in the Sup dashboard. Shopify orders sync automatically once the store is connected. PrestaShop has its own module, installed from the PrestaShop marketplace and then linked to a Sup account. Stores on platforms Sup does not support can still upload orders in bulk. For larger sellers there is an Open API, requested through the seller's dedicated agent, for managing bulk orders and multiple stores.
The fulfillment guide walks through each step. Orders sync into the dashboard; the seller connects each order to a Sup product, picks a shipping method, applies any custom packaging, and pays per order or with bulk payment. Sup reviews the order, passes requirements to the suppliers, and runs a quality inspection and a logistics check, which the guide says may take 1-3 days. Once shipped, tracking syncs back to the store, and when an order is completed the seller can open a dispute if something is wrong with the product.
Around that flow sit several services. Sup merges orders when a customer buys several items, to save on shipping. Quality inspection is complimentary on each order, with photos or videos on request. Shipping runs through "30+ logistics partners", with options for goods such as liquids, toys and electronics, plus returns handling. Sellers can pre-order inventory into Sup's warehouse, which the site says offers "2 months of complimentary storage time". Custom packaging covers boxes and bags, hanging tags, collar labels, stickers, thank-you cards and greeting cards. Invoices can be batch downloaded from the dashboard.
Plans and support
The Basic plan is free, and the pricing FAQ confirms "the Sup Dropshipping fulfillment service is free of charge." The Pro plan costs $19.9 a month and Premium costs $29.9. The comparison table raises the limits as the plan goes up: product sourcing requests from 5 to 15 to 20 a day, image searches from 50 to 200 to 500 a day, listings from 500 to 800 to 1100, and connected stores from 3 to 6 to 9. Higher plans also get faster order processing, a higher support priority and custom packaging packs. The FAQ says the paid plans are most useful for scaling sellers, Print on Demand sellers and experienced sellers, that payment is by credit card or PayPal, and that a subscription can be canceled any time.
Every seller gets a personal agent. The fulfillment page says the agents have over 10 years of experience in the industry and are available 24/7 through multiple channels, and the About page lists the customer service team by name, led by a customer service director.
Who it suits
Sup Dropshipping suits a seller who wants print on demand as one part of a wider dropshipping store, with sourcing from Chinese suppliers, warehousing and a named agent in the same account. The free plan, public plan prices and free POD editor make it cheap to try. Sellers whose brand depends on fast delivery in one market should check delivery times for their market with the agent before launching, since the blog describes orders shipping from China, and note that the POD catalog and print methods are described only in blog posts rather than on a dedicated product page.
