Swagify is a print-on-demand and dropshipping platform run by Swagify LLC of Stafford, Texas, which prints custom apparel, headwear, drinkware, accessories and home goods for online sellers and ships them to their customers. The company describes itself as a business that specializes in "customized on-demand and bulk promotional merchandise", and its POD platform calls itself "a custom ERP POD platform built for businesses that have outgrown plug-and-play print-on-demand apps". In practice it serves two groups: sellers who want free, no-minimum print on demand for a Shopify store, and brands, agencies and teams that want order routing rules, employee accounts, billing and white-label branding on the same system.

What a seller gets

The home page sets out the flow in four steps: connect a store, add designs to products and publish them, choose the supplier that fits the budget and have products shipped to customers, then manage orders, team and accounts from the dashboard. Nothing is printed until an order arrives. The home page promises "No upfront charges. No minimum requirements.", and the pricing page adds "You only pay when you make a sale."

Swagify says it handles printing, packing and shipping "through our in-house production team and partner facilities". The pricing page counts the network at 90+ print providers and 140+ print facilities or fulfillment centers, and says automatic order routing and Express shipping speed orders up. For larger accounts, the home page describes "advanced routing rules that send every order to the right printer or fulfillment center automatically".

The catalog covers men's, women's, kids' and unisex clothing, headwear, accessories, drinkware and home and living goods. Clothing runs from T-shirts, long sleeves, sweatshirts, hoodies, polos and jackets to sweatpants, tank tops and baby clothing. Headwear is grouped into 6 panel hats, dad hats, beanies, snapbacks, trucker hats, 5 panel hats, bucket hats and visors; the headwear page notes that snapbacks and strapbacks fit most heads, while structured and fitted styles list circumference measurements. Drinkware comes as mugs, tumblers, water bottles and glassware, with each product page listing ounce capacity and dishwasher safety. Accessories are bags and travel accessories, and home and living includes blankets. The pricing page puts the catalog at 1,300+ customizable products, while the home page speaks of "over 10k+ products and counting". To help sellers choose, the catalog page groups top sellers into collections such as Streetwear, Bestsellers, Swagify Choice, Back to School, TikTok, Eco-Friendly, Personalization Picks and Mother's Day, and lets them filter by DTG and DTF.

Prices on the pages

Product pages show real prices and the discounted Elite price side by side. The newest arrivals on the catalog page include:

  • District Perfect Tri Tee, printed DTG or DTF, from $18.73, or $14.98 with Swagify Elite, in XS to 4XL and 51 colors
  • BELLA+CANVAS Women's Relaxed Triblend Tee BC6413, DTF or DTG, from $16.49, or $13.19 with Elite
  • YP Classics Retro Trucker Cap, embroidered, from $15.74, or $12.59 with Elite

  • OGIO Regain 1/4-Zip OG172 from $38.99 and the OGIO Radius 1/4-Zip OE550 from $47.99, or $38.39 with Elite

Those listings name four decoration methods: DTG, DTF, UV printing and embroidery. The home page's calculator starts at "Starting from $9.95" as the buy price, and gives a worked example of a product sold for $23.00 and fulfilled for $8.00, leaving $15.00 profit.

Plans

The pricing page has four tiers, and the difference between them is the discount on blank prices:

  • Swagify Starter, free: 0% off MSRP blank prices, the design tool, a mockup generator, auto shipping of orders, unlimited products and unlimited orders.
  • Swagify Scale, $29 a month: 10% off blank prices.
  • Swagify Pro, $49 a month: 15% off.
  • Swagify Elite, $99 a month: 20% off.

Annual billing is listed at $313, $529 and $1069 a year. Every tier includes unlimited store integrations, which the pricing page says are "currently supporting Shopify, more coming soon". The home page also mentions NET30 payment options, and custom design services are available at extra charge.

Integrations and tools

Shopify is the live integration on the pricing page, and the site menu also lists BigCommerce, TikTok Shop, Wix and a custom API. The home page gives Shopify sellers a shortcut called Reverse Map: import existing products from the store, map them to items in the Swagify catalog, and apply a design, so listings do not have to be rebuilt from scratch. Sellers without a store can still use the service, since the home page says creators "with just an audience" can sell directly to their fans.

The design lab includes a realistic print preview, unlimited templates and saved designs that can be reused across products, with a 3D preview listed as coming soon. The dashboard tracks order and fulfillment timelines, product-level sales, billing history and invoices, top-selling SKUs, and employee activity logs. The home page frames the platform in three stages: just starting, with zero upfront costs, quick setup and 24/7 support; growing fast, with data-driven growth tools and performance analytics; and enterprise ready, which adds custom integrations, dedicated support and SLA guarantees. The menu also offers bulk orders, a hire-a-professional service and help moving an existing store to SwagifyPOD, and a mobile app is announced for iOS and Android.

Support and customers

Swagify promises "24/7 support" for new sellers and says a support request will be resolved "with reprints, refunds, or answers you can rely on". Its success stories come from US Figure Skating, which used Swagify for its merch store, the streetwear label Project Capri and the gymwear brand The Khango Way. One seller testimonial on the home page reports having shipped over 50,000 products through Swagify.

Who it suits

Swagify suits Shopify sellers who want to start on a free plan with no minimums and published per-item prices, and who expect to move to a paid tier once the blank-price discount outweighs the monthly fee. Agencies and brands running several stores or a team get routing rules, employee logs, NET30 terms and white-label branding on the same platform. Sellers on other store platforms should check which integrations are live, since the pricing page names only Shopify as working today.
